Since 1995, Plan International Ethiopia has been operating in Ethiopia. Plan International Ethiopia, South-PA, is seeking competent and reliable suppliers for the purchase of the following items. Mandatory requirements include: a copy of a renewed and relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2015 E.C., a copy of VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, and evidence of settlement of current tax, VAT registration, and TIN certificate.

The bidder should submit a sample Pen and Exercise Book with a separate envelope. Bid Security Bond of 20,000 Birr in CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee Submission Instructions: Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected. The supplier should collect the Request for Quotation (Bid document) from the Plan International Ethiopia Hawassa office during office working hoursTender Instruction and Guideline can be obtained from Plan International Ethiopia- South PA Hawassa (address mentioned below) during working hours. Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bidsSupplier must submit a sample of an exercise book and pen during the tender submission.
